Every Nigerian has right to live, work anywhere in Nigeria, says DG
Dr Aminu Musa-Yusuf, the Director-General (DG), Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), Zaria, says every Nigerian has the right to live and work anywhere in the country.
Musa-Yusuf made the remark when the Niger-Delta APC Youth-Vanguard presented him an award of excellence recently in recognition of his selfless service to Nigeria.

“That is why the institute religiously adhered to the principles of federal character during the last recruitment exercise.
Musa-Yusuf said it was also in pursuit of adequate regional spread and coverage that NITT recently established study centres in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Gombe; while that of Enugu was still in progress.“Every state of the federation was fairly represented and at the management level, the institute tried its best to capture every geopolitical zone.’’
He noted that with the institute’s mandate to professionalise the transport industry, NITT was working assiduously towards including PhD programmes in its courses.
He thanked the Niger-Delta APC Youth Vanguard for the award, describing it as challenge to him to do more.
While dedicating the award to the institute, the DG assured the group of his readiness to redouble efforts towards the progress and development of the country.
Presenting the award, the National Coordinator of the vanguard, Mr Collins Obilor, said it was bestowed on the D-G because of his excellent service delivery to the country.
